- 200g Oak Smoked Salmon
- 200g Cream Cheese
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Caper berries
- 1 tbsp chopped Fresh Dill
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Roughly chop the smoked salmon.
- Place the smoked salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, and dill in a food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
- Place into a food presentation ring on top of the bread and fill about 2 inches high.
- Carefully lift the ring of and top with extra smoked salmon, caper berries.
- Serve with extra bread and butter slices and top with fresh dill.
