Ingredients (makes 8 approx)
- 75g Crab Pate
- 145g tinned Shredded Crab Meat
- 100g Creme Fraiche
- Paprika to sprinkle on top
- 1 whole large cucumber
- 1 jalapeño, finely diced
- Fresh spring onion, snipped
- Sea Salt and ground black pepper
Instructions
- Mix crab pate in a bowl with shredded crab.
- Combine with the creme fraiche
- Add jalapeño and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Get your whole cucmber and cut into inch size pieces.
- Peel in sections edges of a cucumber as above.
- Scoop out cucumber - Not all the way to leave a bottom so your filling doesn't fall out.
- Spoon in the crab, creme fraiche fillings
- Top with spring onion and paprika
