Fresh Cucumber Crab Cups

Ingredients (makes 8 approx)

Instructions

  • Mix crab pate in a bowl with shredded crab.
  • Combine with the creme fraiche
  • Add jalapeño and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Get your whole cucmber and cut into inch size pieces.
  • Peel in sections edges of a cucumber as above.
  • Scoop out cucumber - Not all the way to leave a bottom so your filling doesn't fall out.
  • Spoon in the crab, creme fraiche fillings
  • Top with spring onion and paprika
