  • Mix the flour with the salt and pepper.
  • Put the egg in a second bowl and the breadcrumbs in a third.
  • Dust 1 prawn at a time in the flour, then the egg, then roll to coat in the breadcrumbs.
  • Place on a plate lined with grease proof paper
  • Using part of this paper or an air fryer liner place your pieces individually and cook for approximately 15 minutes turning half way though at 180 degrees.
  • Mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, chilli sauce and lime juice in a small serving bowl; top with the lime zest.
  • Serve alongside the hot scampi
  • Add lime wedges and squeeze over.
