Spaghetti Alla Puttanesca

Our Spaghetti Alla Puttanesca is a celebration of bold, vibrant flavours that bring the heart of Italian cuisine to your plate. Ingredient (Serves 2)

  • 1 whole jar of passata
  • 250g Spaghetti
  • salted capers, parsley, olives, garlic to taste
  • A pinch of Chilli Powder or fresh chilli,
  • olive oil to drizzle
  • and Fine Sea Salt & ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Chop capers, crush olives, chop parsley, peel and chop garlic add tomatoes and anchovies to a pan and warm.
  • Boil spaghetti for 5-10 mins, drain and add spoonful of butter once drained if desired
  • Add and mix with the sauce
  • Season and garnish with chilli and parsley
