Ingredient (Serves 2)
- 1 tin Anchovies in oil
- 1 whole jar of passata
- 250g Spaghetti
- salted capers, parsley, olives, garlic to taste
- A pinch of Chilli Powder or fresh chilli,
- olive oil to drizzle
- and Fine Sea Salt & ground black pepper
Instructions
- Chop capers, crush olives, chop parsley, peel and chop garlic add tomatoes and anchovies to a pan and warm.
- Boil spaghetti for 5-10 mins, drain and add spoonful of butter once drained if desired
- Add and mix with the sauce
- Season and garnish with chilli and parsley
