Look for firm, moist fillets with a translucent sheen and a mild ocean-like aroma. Combining fresh ingredients with the air fryer’s efficiency makes this meal truly special.
Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 2 Cod Fillets cut into pieces
- 30ml olive oil
- 1 tsp Allspice
- 1/2 tsp Celery salt
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- Long grain rice to serve
- Chive Strands from a plant (optional)
Instructions
- In a shallow bowl, combine the olive oil, allspice, celery salt, salt, pepper, and garlic. Mix well.
- Dip the cod fillets pieces and turn to coat all sides. Let sit for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your Air Fryer to 200c.
- Arrange the marinated fish fillets into the Air Fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes and check. Cook until browned on both sides.
- Transfer to a serving dish.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
