Easy Moroccan Grilled Tuna Kebabs with Zesty Chermoula Sauce

Our kebabs deliver North African flavours to your table. Tender tuna chunks are marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and spices, then grilled to smoky, tangy perfection. Pair with our signature sauces and sides like creamy cucumber-yogurt dip, zesty and minty grains. Experience the ultimate fusion of flavour and tradition!

Ingredients (Serve as part of a meal)

Instructions

  • Coat the tuna chunks with the chermoula and celery salt.
  • Add 1tbsp of the lemon juice,and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Thread the tuna chunks onto 4 Wooden Skewers
  • In a seperate pan, heat the grains following instructions and add spring onions for 2-3 minutes more.
  • Add 1 tbsp of the lemon juice, depending on how zingy you like it.
  • Thread the tuna chunks on the wooden sqewers
  • Heat a Cast Iron Grill Pan to hot then grill for 1 minute on each side (or cook under a hot grill)
  • Toss the cucumber and mint through the grains. Serve with the tuna skewers and the yogurt swirled with a little more lemon and chermoula on the side.
