Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 2 Mackerel Fillets
- 2 Large Vine Tomatoes
- 1/4 Cucumber
- Seeded loaf
- Knob of butter
- Fresh Parsley
- Mature Cheddar cubed
- Branston Original pickle
- Lemon
- Sea salt and Ground Black Pepper
Instructions for plating up
- Butter a slice or two of a seeded loaf, on top, place one or two mackerel fillets.
- Chop some tomatoes and cucmbers and scatter over
- Chop a few cubes of chesse on the side and a dollop of pickle.
- Lay on a few lemon slices and rip and sprinkle on some parsley
- Place a few sprigs of parsley over for dressing and season to taste
- Add any other goodies you like.
